Our Story
For over 20 years, sisters-in-law Rhonda and Jennifer McCubbin have worked in the area of operational support for small to mid-size growing companies. With similar skill sets and interest in similar industries, they often found themselves working for the same companies and clients.
Virtual Workforce was started in 2008 as a bookkeeping and Back Office Support company providing Quickbooks and administrative services to local companies. In 2017, Rhonda and Jen decided to build their organization using their skills in IT to help other companies obtain affordable assistance in various areas of technology and operational efficiency.
Growing Virtual Workforce has been a labor of love and a mission to grow a successful company that allows them to focus on what they do best in helping other companies to grow and succeed through efficiency and technology.

Her overall experience has been in the following industries: insurance, manufacturing, government, education and technology. In these fields she has provided team leadership, project management, personnel and resource management, definition of company policies and procedures based on government regulations, education and training. She brings experience in SAP, Oracle, ISO9000, a wide variety of software implementations and management.
Rhonda’s main area of focus at Virtual Workforce is business development, resource management, and supporting clients on various projects and implemenations.
Jennifer McCubbin

With her initial background in the legal field, Jennifer McCubbin brings over 25 years of experience to the technology industry. With specific specialty in finance, management and operations, Jennifer’s skills in Web Development, Quickbooks Consulting and other IT custom implementations has helped build Virtual Workforce into a go-to company for operational IT consulting and services.
Jennifer’s role at Virtual Workforce is to assist in building the company and it’s brand by supporting client projects, leading team members and running the overall day to day operations of the company.
